Do I Need to Pay Import Taxes or Duties on My Order

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Switzerland. All applicable taxes and duties have already been taken care of, so you will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.

Can I Exchange My Online Order?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to choose another creation, simply return the item you received and place a new order for the piece that speaks to you.

How May I Request a Return for My Online Purchase?

We accept returns with pleasure, provided the items are in pristine, unworn condition, with all original tags beautifully intact. Returns may be requested within 7 working days from the date your order is received.

For reasons of hygiene and to ensure the highest standards for our little ones, hair accessories, hats, tights, and socks are final sale.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How Can I Arrange a Return for My Online Purchase?

To begin a return, please place the item back in its original packaging and include a short note indicating which pieces you wish to return and the reason for doing so.

To request your return label, simply email us at info@mininakids.ch. Our team will send the prepaid label directly to your inbox so you can complete the process with ease.

Once you receive your label, drop your parcel at your preferred courier or local post office. For your peace of mind, we recommend keeping the tracking details until the return has been fully processed.

Can I Return Sale Items?

Items purchased during a sale or marked as discounted are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We kindly invite you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions regarding sizing or product details, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

When Will My Refund Be Issued

Once your return has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The amount refunded will reflect the value of the items returned, excluding any shipping costs, unless the item was received faulty.

Our team processes refunds within 5–10 working days from the moment your parcel reaches us.

May I Modify My Order After It Has Been Placed?

Once an order has been confirmed, it enters our preparation process and can no longer be altered. However, if you contact us promptly by email at info@mininakids.ch, we will do our best to accommodate your request and, when possible, modify your order before it is dispatched.

May I Add Additional Pieces to My Order

Once an order has been confirmed, it can no longer be adjusted. If you wish to include additional items, a new order will need to be placed so we can prepare each parcel with the care and precision it deserves.

I Noticed an Item I Purchased Is Now on Sale

The price paid at the moment of purchase reflects the value of the item at that time and cannot be adjusted retrospectively. If the piece you bought has since been discounted — and it remains unworn, with its original tags, and within the return window — you are welcome to place a new order at the reduced price and return the original item.

Please note that we are unable to apply price adjustments or retroactive discounts to previous orders. To benefit from a promotional price, a new order must be placed.
