Refund policy

These Return and Refund Conditions form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
1. Warranty
1.1. Exclusion of warranty: Any warranty is excluded within the limits of Art. 199 CO (Swiss Code of Obligations).
1.2. Transfer of risk: Risks related to the transport of goods are transferred to the Customer as soon as the package is handed over by the Seller to the carrier. Any liability of the Seller is excluded in this regard. Any delivery issues are governed by the Delivery Conditions.
1.3. Inspection: The Customer is required to inspect the items immediately upon receipt.
1.4. Notification: Within the limits of Art. 199 CO, in the event of a defect or error attributable to the Seller, the Customer must report it by email to info@mininakids.ch within 3 business days following delivery, accompanied by clear evidence of the issue found (Photos, etc.).
Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the defect or error being considered accepted.
1.5. Procedure: The return procedure is that which is set forth in Section 3 et seq. of these conditions.
2. Return Period
2.1. The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of an item to request its return by email at: info@mininakids.ch.
2.2. Exclusions: The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made products;

Personal care products (hygiene, beauty, etc.);

Perishable goods;
-
Hazardous substances;
-
Promotional or sale items;
-
Gift cards.
3. Return Conditions
3.1. All returns must be subject to prior validation.
Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
3.2. To be eligible for a return, an item must be:

In its original condition;
-
Unworn and unused;
-
With its tags intact;
-
In its original packaging.
3.3. A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is mandatory.
4. Return Procedure
4.1. If your return is accepted, the Seller will provide the Customer with return instructions and shipping methods.
4.2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of a defective or damaged product, or in the event of a delivery error attributable to the Seller.
5. Exchanges
5.1. In principle, no direct exchanges are offered.
5.2. To obtain a different item, the customer is invited to return the original item (after validation) and then place a new, separate order.
6. Refunds
6.1. Once the return is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the Seller's decision regarding its approval.
6.2. Upon approval, the refund is generally processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
