Shipping policy

These Delivery Conditions form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
1. Delivery Zone
1.1. The Seller's products and services are intended solely for the Swiss market.
1.2. Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland.
2. Delivery Address
2.1. Products are delivered exclusively to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process.
2.2. The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information entered.
2.3. Any reshipping costs resulting from an address error will be the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.
3. Delivery Timeframes
3.1. Delivery times are generally 5 to 10 business days from the confirmation of purchase.
3.2. These timeframes are provided for indicative purposes only. If the order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, the Customer may contact the Seller by email at info@mininakids.ch.
3.3. In the event of an unusual delay, the Seller will contact the Customer by email or telephone.
4. Shipping Fees
4.1. Shipping fees are indicated at the time of checkout.
4.2. They are the responsibility of the Customer, but are free of charge for any purchase exceeding CHF 150.-.
5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
5.1. As soon as the order is shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.
5.2. The Seller collaborates with reliable Swiss carriers, notably Swiss Post (La Poste), to guarantee safe and secure delivery.
6. Delivery Issues and Damage During Transport
6.1. Risks related to the transport of goods are transferred to the Customer as soon as the package is handed over by the Seller to the carrier. Any liability of the Seller is excluded in this regard.
6.2. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to report any anomaly directly to the carrier.
6.3. In the event of a delivery issue or if the order was damaged during transport, the Customer must immediately contact the Seller by email at info@mininakids.ch, so that the Seller can assist them with the claim procedure with the carrier.
Important: For evidence purposes, the Customer is requested to retain all packaging materials, as well as the damaged items, until the claim procedure is completed.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
7.1. Since all orders are shipped within Switzerland, they are not subject to international customs fees.
7.2. In the exceptional case where fees should arise during or after shipment, these will be the responsibility of the Customer.
